I loved attending pregnancy yoga classes with Jules and wish I could have started earlier. I only discovered her pregnancy yoga class at 35 weeks and attended for 5 weeks before giving birth. That time each week to focus on my body and connect with baby really helped me to relax and prepare for labour. The breathing techniques and mantras covered in the classes helped so much during labour and I had a really positive birth. I can’t recommend this class enough and am looking forward to attending mum and baby yoga.
