Post-Natal classes are designed especially for Mamas and their babes.

We focused on recovery, healing and restoring strength in our Post-natal bodies. Releasing achy muscles with gentle stretching, restoring the core and strengthening pelvic floors. As well as relaxation and bringing some peace and calm to what can be a a tiring time! We use various adapted Yoga poses and even work in some pilates inspired yoga sequences.

Mum & Baby Yoga can be a great time to spend interacting and bonding with your baby as well as meeting other local mums. You are free to stop and attend to your baby at any stage during the class. There are also adaptations to incorporate your baby movements and poses.

We start these small group classes with introductions and check in’s, and finish them with chats and tea💖

Post-natal classes are suitable for women from 6 weeks post vaginal birth or 10 weeks post C-Section birth. Please do feel free to get in touch if you have any questions, have specific health or healing you are wishing to work on within classes. Either emailing me or call/text me on 07900205049
