I attend Jules’s Mum & Baby Yoga classes and they are absolutely fantastic! The perfect balance between a work out and relaxation. Toning, stretching and breathing. Jules talks you through the benefits of every move with ways to make them easier or harder and i definitely feel like I’ve listened to my body afterwards! And on top of that, little ones are very welcome with Yoga moves being adapted to suit babies. Completely recommend!
I’ve attended a few sessions with Jules, and they have all been fantastic.
Initially I had a 121 session late in pregnancy. She fully adapted positions to help with my spd and also suggested positions and breathing to help in labour.
I also attended the pregnancy yoga group sessions, again this was fantastic with adaptations of poses to suit all abilities and stages of pregnancy.
Now I have my little boy, we attend the mum and baby yoga. The venue is great and it’s very relaxed.
