Welcome to Ryecroft Yoga and Wellness. We would love you to come and join us, breathe, stretch, strengthen the body and calm the mind. We want to feel good, feel welcomed, supported and become part of the tribe. We offer a variety of classes including specialist pregnancy and post-natal.

I loved attending pregnancy yoga classes with Jules and wish I could have started earlier. I only discovered her pregnancy yoga class at 35 weeks and attended for 5 weeks before giving birth. That time each week to focus on my body and connect with baby really helped me to relax and prepare for labour. The breathing techniques and mantras covered in the classes helped so much during labour and I had a really positive birth. I can’t recommend this class enough and am looking forward to attending mum and baby yoga.

I had a private 1 to 1 pregnancy yoga session at 30 weeks. The session was really good, Julia really tailored it to me, how I was feeling and the stage I was at in my pregnancy. Also gave lots of good advice and information. It was in a lovely setting too.
