I can’t recommend Jules and her classes highly enough! I am currently attending the mum and baby yoga sessions together with my 3-month-old baby and honestly the classes have become a real highlight of my week! I always look forward to them as I come away feeling refreshed and restored, and like I have done a real workout but in a safe and responsible way.
Jules is a great teacher too – always factoring in individuals’ needs and offering advice and adaptations where needed. If you need to feed or change baby during the class it is never a problem, and she always puts you at ease the minute you walk in. I love how the lessons build in intensity too so you really notice the progress you are making and feel you are working towards a bigger goal. It’s great having a class that’s ultimately for me and encouraging my recovery where babies are welcome too!
I completed a private yoga session with my yoga tribe at 25 weeks pregnant. I’d never done yoga before but everything was explained to me clearly and I enjoyed learning all the poses and stretches… i felt great afterwards. I can’t wait to complete some more sessions with MYT! Thank you! Xx
